Just got a call about a sponser ( I Found their ad on Facebook and filled out the application) to help finish the Elcamino in memory of my mom it all sounded great until you guesed it they wanted me to send them $199 right now and were not willing to mail me anything then came the pitch well we will just give it to someone else I had to pass $199 is alot of money to me right now.
They played on my emotions and why I wanted this car fixed up, they used my age and pushed for money now now now. so I let it go.
But if there are any real sponsers out there any help would be appreciated.
This car reminds me of my childhood my mom had one and we had lots of fun together in an Elcamino. Anyone interested in helping just mail me and let me know.
